I am currently learning how to produce short-range programmes with Sablono which will save me a lot of time because the programme will be dependent on the sub-contractors updating their activities. I think it is important that the sub-contractor first agrees the payment for each activity so that there is a mutual understanding beforehand.
During covid, Sablono helped me to easily communicate with the project team at home to explain what was happening on site.Ĭonnecting sub-contractors payment to Sablono is an extremely helpful incentive to push sub-contractors to use Sablono and update completed activities as accurately as they can. Sablono helps to visualise site progress especially to those working from home. This saves me a lot of time so I can give more attention to my other responsibilities.
Using Sablono removes the need to make and send out weekly excel trackers to show site progress.
